Her first visitor is Chase and, er, this happened.
Though she misses her housemates at times, Sheila has really taken to living on her own. (She even enjoys putting her hard-earned cooking skills to good use.)

THANK HEAVENS she found that treasure chest because in typical me fashion, I made the “student housing” WAY too expensive for students and Sheila was left with $300 for furniture after purchasing the empty shell of a home.
After Sheila finally moves to her own place, she invites her best friend Chase to dinner so they can catch up. Things got awkward when I inadvertently made them fall in love… -_-

DON’T BERATE ME THIS WAS MOTHER NATURE’S FAULT
Take two: managed to place a smoke alarm outside before the fateful lightning strike and ta-daa! Look at that firefighter springing into action!

Shortly after moving Sheila off-campus (which happened around 9 PM Sim-time?), lighting struck one of the trees in the front yard. Of course it went on fire and of course it stopped raining immediately after, leaving a fire burning mercilessly for hours while everyone just stood around doing the panic dance. As you can see, the fire was still in full swing as dawn rolled around and all the residents were entering need desperation (Tabitha was on the brink of starvation).
Yeah, I quit without saving.

For her final year, Sheila decides to move to off-campus housing to obtain a bit more independence before graduation.

Tabitha is not the first soul to have fallen asleep in the middle of the library during finals week.
Tabitha prefers a different kind of “gym” experience.
