I don’t have my game open at the moment and these aren’t listed on my hood deco resource list, so I’m actually not 100% sure, but I think they’re part of this set by CuriousB? (I think at least the orange one is, based on the preview picture). I’ll check next time I have my game open though and update this post!

Oh my WCIF are those light up hood buildings? I have Aurora Skies ones, but these don’t look like those. Also, do you build your apartments from scratch or can you recommend some for download, I always wanted to play around with apartments, but i don’t like default ones. And let me just say your game is so gorgeous and a huge inspiration!

The light-up hood deco buildings are by @ousmeo (here, here, here) and @deeleesstuff (here, here, here). You’ve reminded me that I need to update my hood deco resource list with all the cool new goodies that have been released lately! 😀

As for apartment buildings, I haven’t downloaded any in awhile (I try to build all of my lots myself because I enjoy building ~~most of the time~~ :D), but there are some super awesome ones at @simscommunityproject and @ccfreelots (all lots at the aforementioned links are cc-free!). I’m sure there are some other great ones out there that are slipping my mind at the moment, but those are good starting points. 😀 Oh, @slyndseysims definitely has some, too! 🙂

Hi hi, anon! I’m guessing you mean these gorgeous trees I am forever using everywhere? They’re actually hood deco trees so they’re not part of the lot itself. 🙂 I use this mod to make hood deco placeable anywhere, meaning it can overlap onto the lot. Those trees are my favorite because they are so detailed and beautiful. 🙂

Otherwise, in this particular hood, I’m filling in the empty neighborhood areas with the Maxis hood deco trees, mountain trees, and pine forests. On my lots themselves, I tend to use Maxis trees, add-ons by Gwenke, or Ohbehave’s Miasmata trees.

In your boardwalk playtest post, where’d you get the boardwalk fence and the carnival / amusement park rides?

The boardwalk fence is by Maxis but I’m not certain which expansion pack it comes with (BV?).

The ferris wheel is actually neighborhood deco, which can be found here. I’d suggest using this mod which allows neighborhood deco to be placed on lots. 🙂

Where do you get your neighborhood deco buildings in Sycamore Cove from? :)

Hey there! The particular rabbitholes I’m using for Windham University are by Delonariel and can be found HERE, but I’d recommend looking through all the downloads – there are tons of fantastic conversions and other rabbitholes. 🙂 CuriousB also has a great variety of converted hood deco HERE. 🙂
