EDIT: I should mention that I’m 99% sure these are located under “lighting,” not deco! Maybe they are already in your game and you were just looking in the wrong spot? I know I often forget that sometimes when I’m looking for them in the catalogue!

Thank you! The pond is actually a career reward (I forget which career it comes with though :X I think there’s a cheat code to unlock them all!). The picture angle probably makes it look more elaborate than it really is (also I placed it in the middle of an existing garden). But it comes with the fish and bridge! If you want to create your own pond, Windkeeper has some koi fish you can add. 🙂
