I’m assuming you mean the shiny trim and not the lights? If so, it’s an architectural detail from the M&G pack (although I’m 99% sure I used a recolor by @shastakiss HERE).

The boardwalk fence is by Maxis but I’m not certain which expansion pack it comes with (BV?).

The ferris wheel is actually neighborhood deco, which can be found here. I’d suggest using this mod which allows neighborhood deco to be placed on lots. 🙂

1. Bookcase is a recolor of a Maron conversion by Simscraftsman HERE.

2. Coffee table is by hafiseazale – if the brown recolor isn’t part of the original set, check for more recolors HERE!

3. Windows are by HolySimoly (part of the Old Mason Architectural Series) – grab it HERE.

4. Door (not pictured) is a recolor by shastakiss of one of the doors that came with OFB, find it HERE.

I’m sorry to say I don’t recall where the computer came from – it’s from an old makeover with a downloads folder I no longer use. And unforunately, this isn’t really a good reference picture to go by. 😦
