I made my first default!*internal screaming*

I was on a default downloading spree today, and I really wanted to replace these base game dresses. (Some of the colors aren’t terrible, but those cut-outs and the leopard print… *shudder*) The replacements I found didn’t really suit my needs, so I attempted to make my own using Marja’s lovely tutorial and these dresses by Skell. I’m happy to report it worked on the first try, especially since I have little to no experience working in SimPE. 

If anyone else wants them, I suppose I could upload them. 🙂 

I foresee a new addiction in my future…

Proof I’ve been playing my game!

Well, not exactly playing. When I reinstalled the game onto my new SSD, I decided to start fresh with everything – CC, ‘hoods, etc. I kept the same Sims from Broad Hollow, but I’ve been working on Broad Hollow v. 2.0. 🙂 

Here’s David in front of his (empty) cabin. I hope he’s happy with the exterior, because it’s left him with no money for furnishings…

Sammy was truly a joy to create, no matter how vague simper-fi’s prompt/request of wanting a male sim with no other specifications given. :p I’ve wanted to make a “man-boy” for a while now; you know… and adult Sim that is still very boy-ish and cute, enjoys hanging out with lots of people and staying active – a boy’s boy; sports all the way, woo! Sammy isn’t fond of manual labor though, so you won’t be seeing him at the garage any time soon.

note: please use the clean installer, for your own good. He is packaged as shown and you can see what CC he includes on the top image. He also uses a geneticized/towniefied skin tone, so unless you use my genetic setup of skins you might want to change his skin to one of your own in CAS, to avoid potential failures if you have him reproduce in your game.
