Her face says it all.
Audrey loves fitness and sports and all things athletic, so since there’s no gym in Sycamore Cove yet she pays a visit to Zynlos at Center Stage.
Everyone just lets themselves into Audrey’s apartment to use her stereo.
Well, at least the lot didn’t crash during this date? ^^;
I’m amazed Alfred and Tabitha have time to go out and play poker when they each have at least four babies to take care of. (Everyone else, carry on.)
When I first built Paddy Murphy’s Pub, I wanted it to be two floors (with the top floor open to look down on the floor below). At the time, I couldn’t get it to work the way I wanted it to. So I decided to fiddle around with it a bit and finally created a second floor I was happy with. 🙂
The upstairs has darts, billiards, stereo (for when the band’s not playing ;D), and additional seating. 🙂 I’ll try to reupload the new version eventually!

As requested, here is Izumi Sushi up for download! It’s a 2×2 community lot (because that’s all I ever build). It comes with a dining podium (full dining service – Nightlife required for this!) and a bar.
ALL REQUIRED FILES ARE INCLUDED (yay!). Or at least they should be. I tested my game without any other CC except what’s in the .rar and everything looked okay. You will need the Sweet Down Low fix and the CEP to ensure that wall hangings are at the proper height (or you will need to adjust them) and that Maxis recolors show up.
Important notes:
- I have all EPs and SPs.
- The lot may look a tad different from the screenshots – I changed some lighting to better suit the atmosphere, and I added extra counters to prevent Sims from getting behind the hibachi grill. The grill doesn’t spawn a cook, obviously, so I didn’t see the point in having Sims able to get behind the counter. They can be seated at the counter and order table service, but I thought it looked better to have the back off-limits. Feel free to change it back if you’d like!
- The sushi platters are actually edible food! The two on the counter top aren’t usable, unfortunately. 😦 (I’m not sure why? Maybe I need to playtest it a bit more.) There are two additional platters – one on the dining table and one in the kitchen. Yes, Sims will go into the kitchen to grab a plate. -_- (Side note: is there a way to prevent random Sims from entering restaurant kitchens??!)
- All of the barstools were accessible in my playtesting.
- Random Maxis rug in the middle of the road? That’s where I had my road replacement overlay. Random fruit basket in the grass? That’s where I had my sky object (removed during packaging to cut down on file size). Just delete them! :3
- The lot got a bit crowded during playtesting and Sims were throwing the usual route-failure tantrum. Feel free to rearrange the interior to add a bit more walk space.
- I didn’t playtest the bathrooms but they should be fine??
- I bulk-renamed my files at some point – please be aware of this, as my files may not necessarily overwrite yours, resulting in duplicates.
As always, use the CLEAN INSTALLER!

UPDATE 6/4/16 – Some of my lots apparently carry the Super Duper Hug Bug. If you are unfamiliar with the bug, you can read more about it HERE. If you don’t already have it, BoilingOil’s No Sim Loaded will prevent the bug from “infecting” your game. If you already have the bug, the mod will suppress it. Either way, it’s a must-have.
