It was pretty much a stroke of luck getting to meet Peter Dinklage – bf had gotten us front-row tickets to see him perform in an off-Broadway show, and we just hung around the stage door afterwards and ambushed him when he came out. XD I felt like a bit of an asshole afterwards for being an annoying fan, but I knew I’d hate myself more if I passed up the opportunity for a photo op. 😛

Many hours spent staring at a blank lot and trying to figure out what to put there. XD Also, I almost borked my neighborhood trying to make this lot because I tried to modify the neighborhood terrain and the WHOLE PENINSULA was destroyed. Thank goodness someone reminded me about Hood Replace! (Note to self: don’t mess around with the modify terrain cheat; you don’t know what you’re doing)

Thank you so much! ❀ I’m glad the last picture came out nicely. I actually restarted my game because I realized I had forgotten to download those coin-operated telescopes for the end of the pier, so I couldn’t take the picture until those were in there. XD

Thank you! ❀ I’d been meaning to do something like this for awhile (ever since I saw veranka’s and crispsandkerosene’s conversions) but it took me a long time to figure out how to execute it. I was also inspired by muupi (who had the idea to put the large coniferous trees on a beach lot and it was perfect *-*) and lesyasun, whose gorgeous vacation hood includes a boardwalk. ❀ What I’d really like to do is recreate the boardwalk from TS1, but there is an egregious lack of carnival games in TS2. 😩 

Do you use some hacks/mods in your game?

I most certainly do! Here is a list that took me hours to compile but it’s good to have for reference of all the mods/hacks/fixes/overrides/etc. in my game at the moment (although in my search for the links I came across even more mods I need, so this is by no means all-inclusive):
