IVY EVERYTHING! 😉

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t consider it XD then I decided I was too burnt out from ivying the restaurant. But what do I do instead? Lay single-tile pipes piece-by-piece on OMSPs so I can raise them to run along the ceiling. XD I can’t ever make something easy!

Looks awesome! Maybe go for an open floor plan for the 1st floor, then do some loft-type spaces on the 2nd/3rd levels that overlook the ground floor, if that makes sense. Just an idea 🙂

This is basically what my plan is – open first floor, small loft on the second floor, third floor is completely open to give the feeling of high ceilings. 🙂 I’m fairly happy with the layout of the building, now it’s just a matter of decorating it. This is WAY outside my comfort zone. D:

You could just do the bottom and have the top two floors to let or something? If you’re overwhelmed by all the space, that is.

I actually thought about doing combination community lot/loft apartment, but then I decided I wanted to have an open floor plan and figured it would suck for whichever Sim lived upstairs to live over a bar/club. XD I liked the idea a lot though, so I will probably make another (smaller!!!) building in the same style to convert into a living space. 🙂
