Sycamore Cove as it currently stands. 🙂

I, er, clearly devoted most of my time to building up the city center. 😛 (I can’t help it, I’m a city girl and I love urban settings!) I’m starting to branch out and work on a middle-class suburban area (top right hand corner of the first picture, visible in the second picture), as well as the waterfront property. I love the way the boardwalk looks in hood view, and you can also see Nate’s little house across the bay there. 🙂

2 residential lots (1 occupied)
1 apartment complex (5 units, 2 occupied)
11 community lots (because I am insane and must be stopped)
