Thank you anon!

Here you go! If the layout sucks, it’s not my fault! I followed a plan I found online. 😀

Lucky you, anon! I don’t have my game open at the moment (busy fooling around in bodyshop again), but I remembered to take floor plan screenshots this time! 😀

Loosely based off a floor plan I found online. 😀
Awwwww, thank you!! (♥ω♥ ) ~♪ I have two different apartment buildings that I built – the Greenwich Apartments (where Sheila, Alfred, Tabitha, Xavier, and Keffria used to live, and where Clara, Stellan, Evelyn, and Shena currently live), and the Main Street duplex (where Chase, Zynlos, and Audrey live).
I’ve never uploaded them, so they’re not available to download, but I shared the floor plan of the Greenwich Apartments here. 🙂 And here are the floor plans for the duplex:

Enjoy! And thank you again for your comments! ❤️
Thank you, my friend! And of course! Have some floorplans. 😀 (Sorry about the snow and omg all the toddlers on the top floor. XD)

lmao @ the vastly unfurnished upstairs
Here we go, anon friend! My terribly unexciting floorplans. 😀

I was planning to make this a two-unit apartment block, but I think I went too crazy with the outdoor spaces on the first unit (even though everything is fully fenced-in?) that I’m not sure if the game will recognize is at part of the apartment and not common space. I have to put a copy in my test hood and see. 🙂

Third floor (which isn’t a floor at all but the level I added to give the “high ceiling” effect).

Second floor (the “actual” floor). Also with balcony access!

aAAAAND ground floor, with both front and back garden spaces and a still-unfurnished bathroom. 😀 (To be fair, I almost never decorate houses before moving sims in anyway, but I got a little excited about this one…) Check out my sweet pipe-laying skills in the kitchen and don’t ask me how long it took.
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to send another message!
Hi anon! Here you go:

There are five units – the first and second floor have two apartments each, and the top floor is one large apartment (2 bed, 2 bath). The apartments on the second and third floors have balcony access. 🙂 For reference, I gave Tabitha the left apartment on the ground floor, and Sheila has the right apartment on the second floor.
A few words of warning if you plan to rebuild it yourself: the only means of transportation between floors is a single elevator, which causes a lot of route failures and is most definitely not up to code. (I was clearly going for appearance and not efficiency. :P) If Sims are being annoying and getting stuck, I just use move_objects and move them myself, but I realize this may be a pain. 😛 Also, I was not smart about the layout of the adjoining bedrooms and Sims might be awoken in the middle of the night by noisy neighbors. D:
Well, this is only the third apartment I’ve ever built, so – learning experience!
Thank you, friend! ❤ I was going to wait until I had finished furnishing it before posting the floor plans, but who knows how much longer that’s going to take. And since I already promised the floor plans to at least two other people, I figured I may as well post what I have for now. 🙂

That beautifully unfurnished attic. 🙂
