Can you post some pictures of the downtown area of your neighborhood? It looks lovely, but I’m having a hard time piecing it together in my head.

Blue lots are residential, pink lots are community. Everything else is hood deco. ❤

Lot 3.5 is Nate and Tabitha’s house, which I didn’t realize was in the screenshot. :3 Annie and Jasper live “off-screen” in the more rural part of town.

Jasper was a townie in my hood, so I can’t take credit for his face sculpt (that would be my lovely default replacement templates by Joedy). But I figured I’d put him up for download as well, since they’re quite inseparable. :3

Stats are provided for those interested in how they are in my game – feel free to change anything and everything to your heart’s desire! Change their names, personalities, sexual preferences, hair, clothes, genetics, whatever. All I ask is for a tag/link so I can see what shenanigans they’re up to in your game. 😀

Chase initially tries to chat up George, the very other-worldly townie (wearing a very ordinary shirt). Their conversation goes well enough, but George suggests setting Chase up on a blind date with someone else instead.

Things with the professor-gentleman do not go well; that one girl in the pub seems interested in watching the drama unfold. XD

Would you be willing to share Jasper and Annie? Its okay if you don’t I just love seeing them so much! <3

Sure! I was originally going to wait until the “founders” had passed away before uploading them, but considering I’ve never actually had a Sim reach elder life stage and pass away, that might never happen. 😛 There’s no reason why Annie and Jasper can’t go on to have fulfilling (or un-fulfilling? D:) lives in someone else’s game!

I’m extracting them in SimPE now, I should have them up tonight. 🙂
