Would you ever consider selling your downloads folder? I love your cc and would totes pay to have it available in my game.

Uh, whoa. People do this? D: I’m sorry, but I’ve answered in the past why I won’t share my downloads folder. I especially couldn’t ever accept money for it when all of these creations are the work of other people – I only downloaded them and unzipped them into my own game folder.

Again, I’m more than happy to answer WCIFs for anything you see in my screenshots. My resources page is a WIP but I have quite a few links in there, as well. I’m sorry I couldn’t help, anon.

okay, dumb question, but I haven’t played sims 2 in ages and I’m only starting to get back into it… but how can your sims 2 sims roll traits?? I thought traits were something that was introduced in sims 3? did I miss something?

Hi there! You’re right, traits aren’t actually rolled in-game. I just assign them manually. 🙂 I have a list of TS3 traits numbered 1-83 and I use an online number randomizer to select one when it’s time to “roll” one. 🙂

Not all the traits translate well to TS2, and sometimes I roll traits that I never use. But I find that it helps me make unique, well-rounded Sims. Even having two or three “playable” traits can help develop your Sim’s personality. For example, Sheila’s five traits are Animal Lover, Bookworm, Eccentric, Eco-Friendly, and Supernatural Fan. So far I’ve primarily focused on Animal Lover (she adopted Sam the cat) and Supernatural Fan (she became a witch after falling in love with an evil warlock while she was in college, although I hardly ever do anything witchy with her :|). But it definitely helps add personality! 🙂
