My current mood song is – GASP! not Radiohead or Sigur Rós – but Summertime Clothes by Animal Collective. This song has always been one of my favorite AC songs for many reasons – I love the imagery in the lyrics, which perfectly encapsulates summer nights in NYC (appropriate since temps hit 85 here the last two days), also for the nostalgia factor (this is one of the songs my bf introduced me to maaany years ago when we first started dating, and now we’re moving in together so things are coming full circle!). Also it’s catchy as hell, so pls listen and enjoy! ❤
