Hi there! I’m assuming you mean the header image when you hover over my icon? (Because I don’t have any Sims in my theme header. :D)

I have no idea where Marko’s shirt is from because I’m the worst but the jacket is an accessory by MDP HERE. 🙂 Hopefully that’s what you were looking for!
