I used two kinds of windows in my cafe, not sure which ones you were looking for:

These are by Lethe_s and can be downloaded HERE (pretty sure the black recolor is in this thread as well!). 

These windows are by Leefish and can be downloaded HERE.

I’m sorry to say I don’t recall where the computer came from – it’s from an old makeover with a downloads folder I no longer use. And unforunately, this isn’t really a good reference picture to go by. 😦

Would any of my followers happen to know where to find this computer? 🙂
